- Description:
- August is known throughout the realm as a dark and dastardly month with no benefit to anyone. Whether this is due to it being the birth month for Dan Fritschie is unknown.
Yes, it's true, Fritschie was born in August, and to celebrate this recurring pseudo-holiday, Tulsa's A Murder of Comics invites you to join us this Sunday at the Nightingale Theater for a full night of comedy.
Here's the lineup:
Josh Mills
Michael Zampino
Brian Spence
Brett Robinson
Leah Kayajanian
Cade
and of course, the man of the month, Dan Fritschie!
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Nightingale Theater.
All applause from the event will benefit Fritschie's delicate ego. - Company:

- Description:
- The underground cult classic comes to Tulsa for the very first time!
A camp spoof of the exploitation films produced by Universal, Warner, and Republic Pictures in the 1950s, this black comedy is set in the Women's House of Detention in Greenwich Village. Among the range of social and psychological types imprisoned within its walls are an innocent young woman who leaves jail a hard-edged, gum-chomping drug dealer, a chain-smoking, gum-snapping street-wise tough girl, and a delicate Southern belle reminiscent of Blanche DuBois. Lording over all is the sadistic matron and her tough-as-nails sidekick. - Company:
